Student grants:  Our industrial sponsors (Checkpoint, Carmel Ventures, Google) have graciously provided us with funding for student grants. The size of the grant will be determined based on the number of applicants. Also, the departmental heads of our academic sponsors in Israel have promised to help support their grad students attend the conference.
The status of scholarship requests will be determined at the start of the meeting, according to budgetary restrictions.
Application for grants should be marked on the registration form, to be submitted with payment details.

Registration fees for ESA participant include:
Participation in scientific sessions (October 8-10); participant kit; program, welcome reception (Oct. 7);
2 lunches (October 8 &10) and coffee breaks during sessions.

Registration fees for ESA & WAOW participant include:
Participation in scientific sessions (October 8-12); participant kit; program, 2 welcome receptions
(Oct. 7 & 10); 4 lunches (October 8,10,11 &12) and coffee breaks during sessions.

Registration fees for student include:
All items listed above, as applicable
Participation at no additional cost in PEGG – Pre-ESA graduate students meeting on October 7

Registration cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Cancellation received by September 5, 2007 - full refund less US$ 40 handling fee.
Cancellation received by September 20, 2007 – 50% refund
Cancellation received thereafter - no refund.
